I have a complete first draft of a mystery. It may never see the light of day, but it’s written.

Hi David, great idea with the lead magnet ( I know it's 15 but still it's a lead magnet somehow). One tip: SHOW people that you gained 40K subs. SOCIAL PROOF is so important. I know even screenshots get faked but again trust and credibility make a huge difference.

Looking forward to be featured in your wonderful pub soon! Hopefully I'll also add soon a post to your Medium pub ^^

I used to write a few short stories every now and then, and from time to time I'd get some drips of inspirations for fiction. But it's been several years since I wrote short stories. When I was a teenager I had a dream of publishing a book when I became an adult. I'm now considered an adult, but we'll see about that book.

I like the poll. It’s interesting because a couple of my favorite business books are “Radical Focus” (Second Edition) and “The Team That Managed Itself,” both by Christina Wodtke, begin with fictionalized stories about people in business facing certain challenges, and finding solutions.

Doesn’t really qualify as fiction, does it?

My first full length story is a narrative fiction that calls on a lot of real life events to add emotion to the story. My next project is shaping up to be complete fiction as I gather the ideas that pop into my head.
