WOW, David! Thanks so much for the love and support.
Happy to FINALLY be featured.
When did you ask me? Winter 2023? haha
It's an honor to be in your beautiful corner on the internet with my guest post and also mentioned with my Bootcamp with Derek for people who want to start earning recurring income and double, triple, quadruple the money they earn on Medium.
Happy to answer all Qs in the comments!
Pssst! David will also soon share a podcast episode where we'll fig a bit deeper into your Qs. So ask away!
Another fantastic article that I’ve saved to read again, then read it again, and each time I reread it I have no doubt I’ll find another timely hint or helpful tidbit. Fabulous collab you two!
Thank you in spades!!! My “adopted Dad figure” was born in Germany, and my birth father was stationed in Berlin during the Vietnam War. What a beautiful country and language… and we all know all the best stuff is in the North. 😉❤️
Hi Kristina: Really simple question. But I'm still not positive I got it. As I think you know, I've been writing on Substack for over two years. Usually every week. Sometimes 10 days or 2 weeks. ±600 followers. So I have a whole "backlist" (as we'd say in publishing) of ±100 essays including about 40+ Substack essays called "Writing Asides--What Writers Do When They're Not Writing."(Hint: We're always writing). These essays are blog-like and timeless. Can I simply now post them on Medium to reach a different audience? Is it that simple? Is there any reason not to? Thanks.
I have been thinking about this hybrid-plan for a while. Thanks for reinforcing this idea and reminding me to go ahead. Once I sorted my Stripe issue, I will jump right in with all three my publications. They work as a synergy unit together, a cohesive unit. Even though they are in totally different niches. The one cannot happen without the other. Stripe is not supported in my country, but I have a workaround.
Hi Marylee, inside our Botocamp with Walter we learned that you can get boosted as a fiction writer as well as with your poems now (which is new too!).
So, it's a place to share your fiction stories (and based on them create an ebook/Amazon KDP.

Also live in the North! In the North of Germany ⛵🐟
Haha 😁 Hi Meg, re-read and re-read. You can also watch the video 📷
Are you also writing on Medium or thinking about leveling up your Substack game?
I'm sooooo happy I listened to my gut and added Substack as a part time income stream.
Love to connect with you and the love you community. Happy to learn more about you. Hugs!

Soooo simple, yes
David, did you get my message re our 1:1.
You can pick a date for November in my calendar.
I'll send you a DM later with the details to the Bootcamp too.
This backlist is your biggest asset which then can make it hard for others to not follow/subscribe.
I think writing is your strong suit.
You want to make an impression on your (casual) visitor, on Substack as well as on Medium to connect with your ideal reader.
Medium is a great place to house your content.
You want to make things as easy as possible so it's smart to kickstart this flywheel.
I'll send you a DM and email so hopefully you're gonna see it ❤️
Fantastic information, thanks for sharing. It's given me something to think about!

Kristina and David - is Medium still a “no” for fiction?

Great that you*re in. What a nice surprise. See you inside :) happy weekend!
Thanks for sharing! I’m a writer on medium so I’m definitely going to consider cross posting. And all the ideas to give paid subscribers are great.
