Thanks, Lucy, these are great tips. I'm trying to treat promotion as part of the joy of creating and sharing, and these ideas are a definite nudge in the right direction! Thanks again
Fantastic tips! I never thought about just bringing my book to add to the shelves of somewhere. I have gifted copies to a local community mental health org and a women's shelter for their internal libraries for clients since it's a book on personal healing.
I also found matchhmaker.co to be a useful site. It's like a dating site for Podcaster and people who want to be on podcasts. Free! It got me onto a few bigger podcasts completely outside of my bubble to a new audience.
I'm eight days after launch, and I was looking for an article just like this and "boom" there you are. This is fantastic. Love the internal and external milestones, along with some of these guerilla marketing ideas. I have a baseball novel "Lose Yourself" and with several minor league ballparks, I'm reaching out to those organizations and asking about an opportunity to either sell in the concourse or have in the gift shop. We shall see! Thanks again for what you do.

Finding reviewers has got to be my biggest challenge. Thanks for the advice.

Love the Calendar Dates! That’s a huge step I always kinda forget about. Thank you!
I enjoy listening to Chris Do, now I need to find that episode you are in and see what I can learn 😊
Awesome tips Lucy, I'm definitely guilty of this, I will be doing #2 with my next book, and added #3 to my plan too :)
