I often work for a few hours, do something creative, go back to work, talk to my wife, take a walk, and so forth, with meals or snacks in between. I don't know if this is the way to do it, but it works for me!
This is a great read. Shifting our understanding of what productivity is can be a big hurdle for a lot of people. But it's so worthwhile for all sorts of reasons in our work, creative, and personal lives 🙌
I now work fewer hours and not harder but more efficient. This gives me time to be creative again. It's a bit of a twist on working smarter not harder.
