☕ Good morning everyone!
I hope you’re enjoying today’s post with a warm mug of liquid energy cupped between your palms.
How’s your Easter break been? Are you back to work?
I’m also curious to know how many books you’ve managed to read so far in 2024? I’m doing terribly with just 3 under my belt. 😣
In this week’s edition of Saturday Morning Coffee, I’ve rounded up a selection of excellent posts from other writers, as well as some video and social media content I think you’ll like.
If there’s anything else you’d like to see in these posts, please let me know via DM or in the comments below.
Read my debut novel for free
I’d love to add a few more ARC readers for my debut novel, The Soulburn Talisman.
If you’re a fan of Young Adult fantasy with plenty of magic, monsters and swordplay, and want to read Soulburn for free, snap this up while you can.

Ahh thank you so much for including me and my writing in this David. Chuffed to bits. Great to see all the other recommendations too - I’ll be having a read on Sunday morning with my cuppa. You’ve reminded me that I need to be doing more reading. I am a slow reader - which is tricky when you’re doing a creative writing MA and definitely should be hoovering up more books. And of course I know, that if I want to improve as a writer I must read, read, read. But you know, I also am writing, plus working, plus mum-ing! And sleeping here and there. (Excuses, excuses). Thank you again, for including me!
